What is an auction?
An auction, formally known as Statutory Lien Sale, is a necessary part of the legal process by which a self-storage operation reclaims a storage space and/or fees. Lien Sales are held in accordance with enforcement rights outlined within the laws of each state.
Why does Storage Solutions perform Lien Sales?
Storage Solutions is legally obligated to perform Lien Sales to recover a storage space and/or fees. If you are a tenant involved in the Lien process, please contact your store for more information.
