I can't thank you enough for your time and I am very confident you and your staff will provide excellent service.

I called several storage places first from coupon book and then the yellow pages before I called your location. Moving is a big deal and having to put some of my belongings in storage is kind of a scary thing. Most people are very partial to there belongings and want to make sure that where they leave them for awhile they are safe. When I first started calling just to get info far as size and general information about the facility most of the people on the other end just sounded blah and like they didn't care. One was a two story unit and one of my concerns was the unit I would be renting was easily accessed due to large furniture and also wanted climate control, they didn't seem to listen or care not sure they offered me a upper level and said that was the only climate control they had and I said that would be too hard to get a sectional couch up to and she just answered me with " we have an elevator its not like you have to carry it up stairs" some of them just weren't listening to my needs and just kept throwing discounts if they didn't have what I was looking for. Discounts help a lot but not if they don't have the correct size or unit available.

When I called Storage Solutions they were more worried about getting me in the correct size and exactly what I wanted , they really listened to what I needed and that is why I have my storage unit there now. Yes I could of gone somewhere else cheaper but I would have been worried about my belongings the whole time they were there.
