Dear Rudy and Management:

I cannot find enough words of thanks, commendation and other words of gratitude for your effort above and beyond all call of duty that you put in to help me in my time of emergency need.

I was abruptly notified on Feb. 12, 2008 by a Marshall of the bankruptcy court, due to a bankruptcy involving my landlord, to move out of the home I had been renting for 4 years by Feb. 19, 2008. The move was most daunting because it included trying to rescue not only my web development studio, essential to my work, but assisting my elderly artist landlord, who had lived at that house for 15 years, with trying to save his art studio and art work as well as his belongings.

You not only managed to provide additional space at your facility for my belongings, you let me use a space very close to my other 2 spaces, which I believe is customarily set aside for your use in managing the facility.

Additionally, you allowed me to unload our truck after closing hours when traffic prevented it from arriving on time before closing. Then, after the day laborers I had hired insisted on leaving (they did not want to work any later, even though I was more than willing and able to pay them for more hours of work) you patiently waited while I and my elderly evicted landlord unloaded the truck. Toward the end you even helped us put some of the heavy computer monitor boxes into the space when our strength was failing. I know this was against regulations and I am ever so grateful for your help. It seemed miraculous to me that you made it possible for me to accomplish saving my important working web development "studio" equipment from being lost to the bankruptcy Marshall and his force of men and trucks who arrived the next morning to haul anything left at the house away.
